Sweet, but JD still at two? Oh well, I think charge and lumina at one is bad enough. This ban list works for those second and third tier decks, like vayusworns and having that extra cyber dragon will really put Inca higher slightly.

Sure its lost speed and defence, but with the right innovation, and JD still at 2 its probably still a force to reckon with.
